About the role

We are seeking a childcare worker for the Swedish-speaking day care at Håkansböle in Vanda. You will join a knowledgeable, engaged and friendly team in an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on the child’s best. The unit participates in ProSmå-project to strengthen children’s socio-emotional skills and promote positive interactions across the day care. A new day care, Silva, is planned to open in autumn 2027 to replace Håkansböle, offering modern facilities that support pedagogical work and cooperation. Your tasks include giving children security, care and support in daily routines; you are part of the pedagogical team and collaborate with multiprofessional actors to develop an inclusive culture. You should be able to collaborate in a team, communicate safely and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and respond to each child’s needs. We offer a warm, supportive community, a workplace that courageously tests new ways of working, and a focus on wellbeing and participation of both children and adults. Contact us to hear more about your strengths.
