Construction Worker

Construction professional needed for our property services team. Responsibilities include small-scale construction and space modification tasks as well as painting and tiling at client sites such as shopping centers, hotels and offices. Workdays are weekdays from 7 to 16. Our property services handle mechanical maintenance for shopping centers, hotels and offices. We aim to ensure end users have comfortable environments and energy-efficient operations. Requirements: basic construction qualification or equivalent, several years of relevant experience, valid safety card, B driver's license. We value strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with planning and organization.
