Service Technician

Nilfisk Oy is developing and expanding its aftermarket business, and we are now seeking a skilled service technician for a permanent position to support this growth. The role requires experience with maintenance work on pressure washers and cleaning machines or similar equipment. The work is varied; you will be part of the Vantaa service team, with some days at the Vantaa workshop and some at customer sites in the Uusimaa region. Your day will include customer service, such as giving operating instructions for the machines at the customer site. We expect: experience with servicing pressure washers and cleaning machines; a positive attitude towards improving customer service and customer satisfaction; teamwork and a desire to grow in the field; basic Finnish language skills; understanding of English because most service materials are in English; computer literacy; a driver’s license (class B); willingness to travel.
