Personal assistant

Are you looking for people-centered work where you become an important part of another person’s everyday life? As a personal assistant you will support the client in situations where they need help from another person, for example with mobility, household chores, or leisure activities. The aim is to support the client’s autonomy and the possibility to live life in their own way. The work as a personal assistant is down-to-earth and adaptable to situations. Days can vary a lot, and tasks are planned according to the client’s needs. No previous experience is required, as we will train you. As an employer we are always easily reachable and supportive to ensure the work runs safely and naturally. For us it is important that the job fits as well the assistant as the client. Shifts are planned by mutual understanding so that everyday life stays workable and clear for everyone. We are now seeking a part-time personal assistant for our client in Vaasa city centre. The client is a woman who needs help during leisure time. The assistant must be responsible and trustworthy. Working hours are 30 hours per month and flexibly about 3 hours at a time (not Tuesday or Friday). The selected person will require a criminal background check for working with disabled people (Act on supervision of social and health care). We hope you are: proactive, reliable, empathetic. The job starts as soon as possible or by agreement. We will begin interviews before the application deadline and the position will be filled as soon as a suitable person is found.
