Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and active individual to support a 37-year-old man undergoing rehabilitation in improving his physical condition and participating in leisure activities. The role focuses on providing presence, encouragement, and safe joint activities. Tasks may include going to the gym, walking, ball games, frisbee golf, swimming, and other leisure activities. The goal is to support the individual's physical activity and strengthen independent mobility in daily life. The applicant is not physically disabled but primarily needs encouragement, companionship, and active support for hobbies and movement. The role suits someone with a background in sports, an interest in promoting well-being, and a desire to help others. Experience as a personal trainer, studies in the field of sports, or other relevant experience in guiding physical activity is considered an advantage but is not essential. Work mainly during weekday evenings and weekends. Shifts are typically short, about 1–2 hours, a few times a week. The position is suitable for students or individuals seeking part-time work involving active and meaningful activities. A driver’s license and the ability to use a car are considered an advantage to facilitate transportation to activity locations. Salary negotiable.
