The position is permanent and part-time (20-25 h/week), including shifts during all opening hours: from early mornings to late evenings and weekends. Shift Leader's Job Description: As a Shift Leader, you are a role model who motivates others with positivity and energy. You are responsible for the operational management and leadership of the shift together with the Coffee Shop Manager and Assistant Manager. You act as an inspiring example for your team and encourage them to do their best every day. Additionally, you actively develop your skills as a top-level customer service professional. You are responsible for the cafe's atmosphere and service during the shift, prepare various beverage and food products, and ensure the cafe's cleanliness. An important part of your role is to motivate the team and invest in their well-being and skill development on a daily basis. For example, with 0-2 years of experience, the salary is €14.34/h + additions. We increase your salary by +€0.5/h after 6 months and another +€0.5/h after 12 months. After one year, the hourly wage is €15.34/h + additions. Additionally, employees receive a 50% discount on our products.
