Role overview: We are seeking a highly strategic, growth-minded Senior Product Manager for Web Experience & Growth to treat Bentley’s corporate B2B website as a core revenue-generating product. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Growth and Web Conversion, you will own the overarching product vision, strategic roadmap, and platform health of our digital footprint. You will manage the platform's core technologies, currently built on the Optimizely ecosystem (Optimizely CMS and Web Experimentation), and serve as the critical bridge between marketing, design, and engineering. In this role, you won't just manage tickets; you will shape the future of our digital journey, partnering closely with the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Discoverability teams to ensure they have the flexible CMS components and testing infrastructure needed to build discoverable, high-converting digital experiences.
