Commissioning and Testing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced commissioning and testing expert to verify the operation of critical electrical systems before final handover. You will work in demanding data center environments as part of international project teams where quality, safety, and reliability are central. The role involves participating in the commissioning process from planning tests to evaluating results and documenting. You will assess test programs, test scripts, and test results, and participate in deviation investigations and root-cause analysis. Additionally you will collaborate with contractors, equipment manufacturers and customer representatives to ensure that critical electrical systems meet the required specifications before commissioning. Requirements include strong experience in commissioning, testing, or commissioning tasks; good understanding of L0-L5 commissioning processes; experience handling commissioning documentation; ability to evaluate test programs, scripts, and results; experience in deviation analysis and root-cause investigation; strong knowledge of critical power distribution systems such as MV/LV, UPS solutions, backup power systems, transformers and switchgear; understanding of BAS, EPMS and other automation and monitoring interfaces; experience with integrated system tests (IST); analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure; good documentation and reporting skills; fluent English. Desirable: prior data center experience; experience with mission critical, energy or industrial commissioning projects; willingness to travel and participate in factory acceptance tests (FWT); flexibility for irregular hours.
