We are seeking an office worker for a fixed-term contract at Porvoo hospital. The role involves duties such as patient check-in and check-out, care and appointment bookings, internal and external customer service, patient guidance, and other general office tasks such as handling documents. A diverse background is welcome, with prior experience in customer service, office work, or healthcare as an asset. Previous experience in similar tasks is not required, as there is a thorough several-week orientation. We hope the candidate is seeking a longer-term employment. Work begins as soon as a suitable person is found. The work is done on weekdays, 7:00–16:00. Weekly hours 30–38h, temporary until the end of February 2027. We expect: IT skills, willingness to do people-oriented work, good stress tolerance and organizational ability, Finnish and English language skills; Swedish is an advantage. Our pay is according to the SOTE collective agreement, starting wage 17.38 €/h without relevant prior work experience.
