Service Technician

Your tasks include customer care, monitoring and ensuring treatment programs, taking samples and performing water analyses at the customer site, checking corrosion rates and microbiological indicators, conducting field trials in coordination with the sales team, monitoring chemical consumption and stock at the customer, dosing equipment filling with chemical products, inspecting measurement and dosing equipment and performing repairs or component exchanges as needed, and creating service reports documenting activities. Qualifications: completed vocational training in chemical or technical field; experience in technical field service with solid water chemistry knowledge; strong advisory and communication skills with confident demeanor; high teamwork and flexible attitude; proficient in MS Office and good German and English; travel willingness and a valid class B driving license; home-office in the assigned sales area (Rhein-Main area).
