We are currently seeking a capable and energetic new teammate for the Kuopio Savilahti, Haapaniemi, Petonen and Karttula store group. Role: Sales Associate. Employment type: permanent. Hours per week: 10h. Location: Kuopio. Salary: level 2 pay scale (A 11.98-14.03 €/h). The successful candidate will be central in delivering memorable service to customers, and will also perform store maintenance tasks such as shelving, cashier work, cleaning, unloading goods, and handling online store orders. The team operates in a supportive and communal atmosphere. The role mainly covers the Kuopio Savilahti Prisma store, with the possibility to work at other stores in Haapaniemi, Petonen and Karttula if needed. We offer on average 10 hours per week, with potential for extra shifts in nearby stores. We value personal qualities such as willingness to exceed customer expectations, prior customer service and sales experience (especially in specialty retail), enthusiasm to learn, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, teamwork and ability to work independently when required, and at least 18 years of age with alignment to our responsible values. We offer a salary in accordance with the job’s level 2 (A 11.98-14.03 €/h), with exact amount determined by experience and availability.
