Software Developer

Senior Software Developer responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions, participating in architecture discussions and technology choices, acting as a technical advisor to other developers, conducting code reviews, and helping improve development processes. The role involves solving challenging technical problems with the team and contributing to customer projects by delivering new systems and maintaining existing ones. Requirements include at least 5 years of software development experience, strong skills in React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, REST + GraphQL, Docker + Kubernetes, Terraform, and knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP), software architectures, integrations, and security. Experience with agile methods and ability to mentor others. Proficiency in Finnish and English. Desirable: DevOps practices, microservice architectures, certifications or evidence of expertise, and prior Tech Lead or leadership experience.
