A specialized sports equipment retailer is seeking a dynamic and outward-oriented growth builder with a passion for marketing and brand visibility. We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional to take full responsibility for the company's growth in the role of CEO. The role emphasizes an active and visible approach: we seek a person who does not settle at the planning stage but takes the brand to the field and makes it talked about both digitally and in real life. This is a genuine owner-like role where you can shape the company's next phase with your personality and approach. It is an in-house role without a fixed salary. Earnings are based entirely on results: commission from sales, bonuses for growth, dividends from developing business, and a clear path to significant ownership. A business ID or freelance entrepreneurship is required. Key responsibilities: - CEO responsibilities: strategic management of the company, directing growth, and overall development - Planning and executing digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook) - Building and making the brand visible through content creation, campaigns, and active presence - Managing and developing key customer relationships - Monitoring the competitive landscape and taking swift actions - Measuring results and continuous improvement (growth, visibility, and profitability) Who are we looking for? You are an outgoing and action-oriented marketer who derives energy from visibility, contacts, and moving things forward. You have genuine marketing enthusiasm and a proactive attitude, taking initiative and getting things started. You are experienced in producing results through digital marketing (content, social media advertising, SEO) and converting visibility into concrete growth. Personality and attitude matter more than large previous projects. We are not looking for a coordinator, theorist, or strategic architect; we want a truly action-oriented and attractive marketer who wants to make the company well-known. You are self-driven, results-oriented, and ready to invest both your time and personality in growth. Experience in sports equipment or combat/fitness is an advantage but not essential.
