Responsibilities
- Provide first-level hardware and software support for Hypatos employees
- Support the administration of our Microsoft 365 environment
- Provide internal IT support for Line-of-Business applications, including Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office
- Jira and Confluence
- Slack
- Security tools such as password managers
- MDM solutions
- Other business-critical SaaS applications
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding workflows (accounts, access, devices)
- Support hardware asset inventory management and tracking
- Assist with the implementation and operation of IT and security controls under guidance from the Head of Information Security
- Contribute to documentation of IT processes, procedures, and internal guides
- Participate in IT improvement and planning discussions
- Help automate repetitive IT tasks using simple workflows, scripts, or tool integrations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT or a related field or comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience
