Production Controller responsible for directing production in the composite unit as part of the Production Support team and generating production work orders according to the MPS plan. You will work closely with other players in the production process and ensure systems operate correctly. The role emphasizes holistic understanding, systematic work approach and ability to respond to production situations and changes. You will support production daily activities and help ensure work progresses efficiently and on time. You oversee the progress of production orders and produce work orders according to the MPS plan. You monitor progress, report status and participate in optimizing workload. In this role you will work in close cooperation with production supervisors and ensure production schedules, orders and deliveries advance as planned. You also monitor the sales warehouse and its target level. As system support you will be responsible for system usability together with the lead technician and solve user system issues.

- Direct the production of components manufactured in the composite unit as part of Production Support team.
- Produce production work orders according to the MPS plan.
- Monitor production progress and report status.
- Participate in optimizing workload.
- Collaborate closely with production supervisors to ensure schedules, orders and deliveries progress as planned.
- Monitor sales stock and its target level.
- As a system support person, be responsible for system usability with the lead system administrator and resolve user system issues.
Requirements
- You may be early in your career or have a few years of experience.
- A suitable technical or commercial educational background is a plus.
- Understanding of manufacturing execution or ERP systems is valued.
- Good command of MS Office and familiarity with production control systems.
- Finnish and English language skills support success in the role.
