Early Childhood Caregiver

We are seeking an English-friendly Early Childhood Caregiver for Håkansböle Daycare in Vanda. You will be part of the pedagogical team and collaborate with multi-professional colleagues. The unit is guided by Vanda City’s Swedish-language service vision: we grow, play and learn together for a sustainable future, with a focus on the child’s best. Tasks include providing children with security, care and everyday support, participating in an inclusive unit culture, and cooperating with families. We expect you to work well in teams, communicate calmly and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and respond to each child’s individual needs. We offer a warm, supportive work community, opportunities to trial new methods, and a focus on wellbeing for both children and adults. The employment terms follow the AKTA collective agreement; full-time position (38 h 15 min/week). Qualifications include the right to work as a child caregiver under the Small Child Pedagogy Act and good command of Swedish.
