Bid Estimator

The role is to support the bidding process for construction projects by gathering cost data, evaluating subcontractor and material bids, and assisting in pricing. The successful candidate will work closely with production, procurement, designers, subcontractors and management to ensure competitiveness, profitability and feasibility of bids. Responsibilities include collecting cost information, comparing offers, participating in cost estimation and price formation, identifying risks in the bidding phase and cost-impacting factors, and developing calculation methods and benchmarks. We expect a background in construction with practical experience in bidding, cost control, procurement, or project costing; ability to read construction drawings and work specifications; understanding of contract bounds, costs and practical execution; independent, responsible and systematic work style; fluent Excel skills and strong collaboration and communication abilities.
