We are now looking for a Restaurant Manager to be responsible for the meeting and breakfast operations of Break Sokos Hotel Flamingo. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the hotel's meeting and breakfast operations, customer experience, personnel, and the profitable development of the business. You will lead your team with a coaching approach and ensure that our service meets the high quality goals of both our customers and the Sokos Hotels chain. In your role, you will: - lead and develop the daily operations of meeting and breakfast functions - be responsible for customer experience, service quality, and profitability - work in close cooperation with the hotel's other business units - be responsible for staff well-being, competence development, and success - monitor the achievement of goals and develop operations based on key performance indicators - actively participate in the hotel's management team work and business development We expect from you: - experience in supervisory roles within the restaurant, hotel, or service business - experience in profitable personnel management - ability to manage large entities and varying customer flows - a business-oriented mindset and understanding of profitability management - good interaction and cooperation skills - a desire to develop operations and inspire others to succeed We especially value a positive, solution-oriented, and coaching management style, as well as the ability to build a culture of success together.
