Wilderness Hotels is a family business with eight beautiful resorts located in northern Lapland. The hotels sit by lakes and rivers, away from light pollution and the bustle of city life. We are now seeking a Housekeeping Shift Supervisor for the winter season 2026–2027. As a housekeeping shift supervisor you are a key support for the housekeeping team, ensuring daily work runs efficiently and hotel cleanliness stays high. You lead the shift by example, coordinate daily tasks and support your team to succeed even on busy days. The role combines hands-on daily housekeeping tasks, quality control and team support. You will actively work with the housekeeping team, while also taking responsibility that tasks are completed as planned and guest expectations are met. At Wilderness Hotels, the team is close-knit per property, with around 30–70 staff, reflecting strong inter-department collaboration in everyday work. We expect: previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services; experience leading a team or as a shift supervisor is a plus; strong Finnish and English language skills; proactive, responsible and motivated attitude; ability to take a leading role and set an example for the team; keen eye for cleanliness and detail; ability to stay calm and decisive in busy situations; good organizational and cooperation skills; initiative and flexibility.
