Wilderness Hotels is a family-owned chain with eight stunning properties in northern Lapland. The hotels sit by lakes and rivers, away from light pollution and the hustle of city life. We now seek a housekeeping shift supervisor for the winter season 2026–2027. As a housekeeping shift supervisor you are a key support to the housekeeping team and ensure that daily work runs efficiently and the hotel’s cleanliness remains high. You lead the shift by example, coordinate daily tasks and support your team to succeed even on the busiest days. The role is a hands-on blend of daily housekeeping duties, quality control, and team support. You will actively work with the housekeeping team, but you also bear responsibility that tasks are completed as planned and guest expectations are met. At Wilderness Hotels, the workplace is close-knit: each property employs about 30–70 people, so cross-department collaboration is visible in everyday life.
