Atlantia Works Oy is a specialized producer of large, precision steel structures. The company’s strengths include marine, icebreaker and mining sectors, with international business a significant component. We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead the company into the next growth phase as the current CEO retires. The role comprises overall leadership of the business, driving profitability and cash flow, and executing the strategy. You will lead about 65 people in concert with an experienced management team, working closely with the board and owners. Key responsibilities include: steering business, profitability and cash flow; developing sales, tendering and customer relationships; identifying new business opportunities especially in marine, mining and industrial sectors; continuous improvement of production performance, delivery reliability and cost efficiency; leading personnel, management team and key stakeholders; implementing growth strategy and facilitating corporate reorganizations and investments. We expect experience in business leadership and a results-oriented role, strong commercial acumen and ability to build long-term customer relationships; experience in project business, bid calculation or industrial B2B; track record of improving profitability, growth and operational efficiency; a practical leadership approach and ability to build trust with customers, staff and stakeholders; willingness to be present in North Ostrobothnia.
