The Customer Marketing Manager is a storyteller and relationship-builder, at the heart of Pigment's Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Community & Customer Marketing. You will turn real customer outcomes into the case studies, speakers, and proof points that celebrate what our customers have achieved with Pigment, working closely with our Customer Community efforts to bring those relationships to life — built on genuine partnership and mutual trust, never on transactional asks.

Responsibilities
- Customer Storytelling & Evidence: Partner with Pigment's customers and internal teams to identify, create, guide through approvals, and share high-fidelity case studies, testimonials, and video stories
- Flagship Partnerships: Nurture relationships with strategically important customers, building trust for publicly telling their story
- Public Speaking Alignment: Identify and invite customer speakers for events and webinars
- External Visibility: Connect customers with PR, social amplification, analyst surveys
- Systems of Record: Maintain living records of customer interactions and manage internal AI tools for sales enablement
- Metrics & Reporting: Support marketing metrics and reporting
- Customer Recognition: Thank and celebrate customers
- Sales Reference Ownership: Drive sales reference process with CRM tools
Requirements
- Experience in customer marketing, case studies, or advocacy content within B2B tech
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and modern marketing platforms
