Cafeteria and Cleaning Staff

Become a temporary substitute for Mäntsälä municipality's catering and cleaning services. Our operations are guided by customer service, with a focus on children and youths. We share a common goal of promoting well-being, good meals, and a clean, pleasant learning environment for pupils and staff. We value responsible work methods and teamwork. In Mäntsälä, there are 11 elementary schools, 1 combined school, 1 middle school, and 1 high school. There are 5 daycare facilities. We offer varied temporary substitutions in these units for cafeteria staff and cleaners. Longer temporary positions will be announced separately on the municipality's website / Open jobs, which you should follow actively. For short-term substitutions, we hire not only professionals but also students and others interested in the field. We require 18 years of age. A hygiene passport is desirable but not mandatory for short-term substitutions or cleaning work. A TB status related clearance for personnel working with under- school children will be checked before starting the substitution. Please note that work is offered irregularly and with short notice. After you have filled and submitted the open application for catering services, your application is integrated immediately into our electronic recruitment system. You will receive your username and password by email, or if you did not provide an email in the application, the credentials will appear on screen once you have submitted the application. Remember your login details! You will need them to proceed when using the electronic calendar or updating your application. Once we have your application, we will contact you to agree on an interview time. In the interview we will also guide you in using the electronic calendar and determine together the units where you wish to work. After the interview, you can start using your calendar. Once you have filled your calendar, you will receive job offers by text message on your preferred days. Keeping the calendar up to date is absolutely essential. In addition to the calendar, we can offer shifts directly by phone.
