We are seeking skilled and cooperative substitutes to join our capable and friendly team. You have good interpersonal skills and pedagogical expertise, suitable for individual and group teaching. We value strong instrument proficiency and experience in chamber music, orchestras, and bands. We are recruiting substitutes for all taught instruments and for early childhood music education (muskari) and music theory-related subjects. Some positions may also involve part-time teaching duties, with subjects such as bassoon, percussion, drums, oboe, piano, violin, and pop/jazz vocals. Positions will be filled as teaching needs arise. The qualifications are in accordance with the regulations and the terms of the municipal education sector collective agreement. Applicants may be interviewed by phone or on-site. If required, a criminal record extract per the Act 504/2002, §6(2) may be requested. Primary application is via Kuntarekry.
