Principal Security Governance Lead

Lead and develop the administrative cybersecurity advisory team within Elisa’s Cyber Security Center consulting line. Responsibilities include leading and developing the team, participating in the leadership group, driving client engagements, supporting sales of cyber security services, and shaping processes, methods, and tools. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, advancing the consulting roadmap, and ongoing professional development. The position supports flexible hours and occasionally adapts to other schedules until stabilization. Requirements include experience in administrative cybersecurity consulting and managing engagements, strong client-facing skills, high stress tolerance, and ability to manage complex client portfolios. Finnish and English fluency is required; additional qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, and ISO27001 Lead Auditor are advantageous.
