We are now looking for a new unit manager who is good at prioritizing, an empathetic communicator, and ready to roll up their sleeves when necessary. About Esperi Koti Männistö: Männistö is a warm and safe home for adults with intellectual disabilities in Haapajärvi. We have a total of 17 resident places. Our operations are based on resident-centered work, where each resident receives individual support, guidance, and the opportunity to influence their own life. As a supervisor, you will lead a committed work community and develop the unit, emphasizing an active daily life, inclusion, and good quality of life. Residents participate in daily chores, hobbies, and planning their weekly program together with the staff. The unit is located in a peaceful rural environment close to nature, but also near Haapajärvi's services. Your key tasks as a Unit Manager at Esperi: The unit manager plays an important role in ensuring that daily life in the unit runs smoothly and that the organized activities are of high quality. As a supervisor, you inspire your team to do their best and enable a meaningful and diverse daily life for the residents. You are responsible for Männistö's personnel resourcing, invoicing, financial monitoring, and all daily matters related to running a residential service unit. You also work closely with various stakeholders, including residents' relatives and the wellbeing services county. Esperi has clearly defined processes, diverse training, and good orientation. Employment details: This position is full-time and permanent. The unit manager's working time is divided between administrative tasks and resident work approximately 50/50.
