You are responsible for the personnel supervision and development of staff at the Ankkuri operation at the Salo police station and at the Paimio offices. Soihtu handles all notifications and contacts under the social welfare and child protection laws for new clients under 65 and conducts service need assessments. The role includes leading multidisciplinary collaboration and building cooperation routines with authorities, municipalities and organizations. The operating area includes Salo, Somero, Paimio and Sauvo, with permanent offices in Salo and Paimio and outreach work in other municipalities.
