Strategy Manager

We are looking for experienced Banking Strategy professionals to join our growing Financial Services team in Finland. In this role, you will work with leading banks and financial institutions to address their most important business challenges and growth opportunities. You will help clients define and execute strategies that drive growth, improve customer experience, modernize operations and unlock the value of emerging technologies such as AI, data and digital platforms. You will lead strategic advisory engagements and transformation programs across different banking domains. This may include deeper focus areas such as payments and transaction banking, cash management and liquidity services, core banking modernization, retail and corporate banking operating models, digital channels and customer journeys, or regulatory and risk-driven transformation.
