As the store supervisor, you act as the counterpart to the Sales Manager, leading the store’s stock to ensure quality and turnover targets, oversee vehicle stocking and modelling for sales readiness, and collaborate with the team to deliver customer‑centred sales processes. You will also maintain your own professional standards by engaging in sales yourself. The role requires experience in sales and familiarity with the automotive retail sector, an entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial thinking. You should be able to guide and lead others by example, make decisive choices under pressure, and be a cooperative colleague with strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with MIS/CRM systems (KMS) and MS Office is expected, and a valid driving licence is required.
