Plate Welder

Plate welder sought for two-shift work at Ulvilan Konepaja Oy. We build the future with Finnish grit and professionalism. The company, founded in 1952, is a Finnish family business that has grown from a humble forge to a full-service machine shop serving international industrial companies. The role involves welding tanks as part of a skilled team with an experienced shift pair. Responsibilities include welding and fabrication of tanks according to drawings, MAG welding, and delivering quality weld seams. Work is in a 2-shift schedule; collaborate with the experienced shift pair and production team. Requirements include at least a few years of welding experience, good reading of technical drawings, ability to perform butt and fillet welds competently from day one, a careful and proactive work attitude, and good Finnish language skills for smooth teamwork.
