Security Supervisors for a Major International Assignment

Job description We are seeking supervisors to work in demanding security duties at our high-security client site in Kouvola. In this interesting assignment, you can make effective use of your professional skills while also learning a great deal and continuing to develop your expertise. The people selected for the role will work as supervisors at the site and be responsible for the other guards on shift, as well as staffing resources at the sites when needed. Work is carried out in 12-hour shifts around the clock, so work is available at all times of day throughout the year. The role also involves close cooperation with the client's contact persons. Pay is based on level 4 of the security services collective agreement, plus verified experience-year increments. The employment forms for those hired are monthly-paid and part-time. The work is expected to start in November or December 2026. Qualifications We are looking for someone with several years of work experience in security-sector duties. Security-related qualifications and experience in supervisory work are considered an advantage. The role requires fluent Finnish and English. It requires a valid security guard card, a category B driving licence, an occupational safety card, and completed training in the use of force equipment. We expect you to take initiative in your work, be able to work independently, and have good customer service skills.
