Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a construction supervisor for a renovation site in Rovaniemi. The role requires a university degree relevant to the field, at least four years of experience in supervisory roles, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, good organizational ability and proficient IT skills. Your duties will include comprehensive on-site leadership and supervision, scheduling, and management of resources and costs. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client as a permanent employee. The position is available immediately upon finding a suitable candidate. Pay is negotiable based on experience. We expect: a relevant university degree, at least four years of supervisory experience, prior experience as a supervising supervisor, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and responsibly, and good IT skills.
