Part-time Sales Assistant

We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented and eager-to-learn salespeople for a permanent position as part of a supportive team. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you play a real part in helping to secure people’s homes, bring peace of mind to their daily life and, at best, save lives. Demand for home security services continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses Finland’s most acclaimed service-oriented alarm system. Our Trustpilot rating is an impressive 4.8/5, proof of satisfied customers. A quick overview of your day: you typically work weekdays 13:00–21:00, full-time or part-time three consecutive full days. The day starts at your team’s sales office with training and goal setting under a supervisor. You then head to different residential areas with your supervisor, contacting residents and arranging meetings at their homes. You meet dozens of new people daily; the work is active and mobile, with over 10,000 steps on average each day. In meetings at customers’ homes you discuss how our service can secure their daily lives; listening is as important as talking. You are responsible for sales; installation is handled by a separate team. In the evening you regroup with the team to review the day and share learnings.
