Waiter/Waitress

A restaurant worker is needed for the banquet and ordering restaurant at Porin Original Sokos Hotel Vaakunа. The positions are part-time, 10-20 hours per week, fixed-term until the end of the year. Start date negotiable. Evening, variable shifts, working on weekdays and holidays. You will work in versatile roles in the Vaakunа’s ordering and conference restaurant, supporting smooth client events. Tasks may focus on kitchen duties or on dining service and guest service on the floor. Both roles involve working as part of a team. The conference and ordering restaurant hosts various client events such as dinners, meetings, and celebrations. Service is provided as buffet or table service, including drinks. Events range from small, intimate meetings to large fairs, parties, and even weddings, so no two days are the same. We expect uncompromising service attitude, proactive work approach, and willingness to work as a team toward common goals and success. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage; candidate must be of legal age. The successful applicant should be able to work in all shifts, including holidays.
