Scaffolding Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced scaffolding supervisor for our client in Vaasa. In the role, you will be responsible for leading, supervising and inspecting scaffolding installations. You will handle reporting and ensure that work is performed safely and according to instructions. You will work on site in day-to-day operations and make sure the work crew operates efficiently and safely. You already have several years of experience in a similar role, and previous experience with data-centre or similarly demanding projects is considered an advantage. You are suited to this job if you have: - At least two years of experience in similar duties - Good leadership and interpersonal skills - Organisational ability and accuracy - The ability to lead a large work crew and work in the field - Skills in inspections and reporting - Experience in scaffolding installation and assembly - A valid occupational safety card and mobile elevating work platform card - Scaffolder certification, considered an advantage - Fluent Finnish and English We offer: - A wage in accordance with or above the collective agreement, always paid on time.
