Are you the SNOWMAN we are looking for? Snowhotel Family is a family-owned business in Lehtojärvi, Rovaniemi, offering unique experiences in snow and ice. Arctic Snow Hotel & Glass Igloos with its restaurants guarantee a memorable overnight experience by the shores of Lehtojärvi, surrounded by the Northern Lights and nature. Located in Santa Claus Village, Snowman World invites the whole family to winter fun at a snowy playground made of snow and ice. In Santa Claus Village also locates charming gingerbread houses of Piparina and a cozy restaurant where customers can savor authentic Lapland flavors and relax in private gingerbread cottages throughout the day. Snowman World is the most fun playground in Santa Claus Village, where the day is filled with exciting winter activities. The area features snow and ice slides, an ice rink, a snow maze, a snow restaurant, and an ice bar. The snow restaurant, ice bar, and café restaurant offer a wide variety of food, drinks, and café products daily. We are now looking for a Snowman for the busy winter season of 2026–2027! As a Snowman, you will delight customers of all ages, from babies to grandparents, with your playful presence dressed in a snowman costume. In this job, having fun is essential; as a Snowman, you are always ready to dance, bounce down the slides, or take photos with customers. As a lively character, you are active and prepared to greet customers at various points in Snowman World. Your silent communication style includes cheerful waving, and you wont be startled by the unexpected hugs that a Snowman is sure to receive. The role of a Snowman requires a genuine desire to entertain the guests of Snowman World. Since the job involves being active while wearing the costume, good physical fitness is also required. Work is available either full- or part-time according to your availability for the entire winter season. The job begins in late November and lasts until March 2027. The job requires readiness to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. We follow the collective agreement for the adventure services, and the salary is based on skills and experience. The employment relationship will be established between Bondata and the employee, with accommodation in Rovaniemi arranged if needed.
