The Early Childhood Social Worker will join a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical activities in collaboration with other professionals. The role involves co-responsibility for family-focused educational cooperation, promoting community and inclusion with guardians and other child-and-family actors, and developing services and new practices to support the well-being and belonging of children and families. The position is in Y.E.S. Daycare, a multilingual bilingual daycare (English and Finnish) located on Hagelstamintie, Pakkaala, Vantaa. The duties will be in a group of 3–5-year-olds this season. The candidate should be flexible, positive and a team player who listens to the child with sensitivity and supports the child's daily life. We emphasise the child’s growth, development and learning as a positive path walked together with the child, families and the entire team.
