Speech Therapist substitute in Kankaanpää with flexible, multidisciplinary team.
This is an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team where you can impact the wellbeing of children and youth. We offer a flexible work environment with partial remote work and comprehensive support networks to assist you in your work. Your core duties include assessment, guidance and therapy as part of the family-centred multidisciplinary work community. You will work in collaboration with other professionals and have opportunities to participate in networks and working groups. The work focuses on children and adolescents, and we expect your commitment to helping this target group. Work with clients occurs primarily at the clinic, providing you the chance to build long-term relationships. You can utilize your own expertise and the support of your team. The qualification requirement is a licensed speech-language pathologist and licensure under the Health Care Professionals Act. We verify eligibility under Public Service Act provisions. We also require a criminal background check. You should have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and in a team. The working environment is supportive, with a professional staff consisting of family-centre personnel, district speech-language pathologists and other rehabilitation professionals. You will receive necessary collegial support and guidance. If you wish, you can be assigned your own mentor to help with job-related questions.
