We are seeking a Product Designer with strong B2B product design experience to help elevate and maintain an excellent user experience for our accountants and businesses. For this role, we are looking for individuals with: - The ability to understand problems and empathise with users through user research and data analysis, and to turn the result into actionable insights. - Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand technical constraints, align on project goals, and iterate on design solutions. - Great communication skills and the ability to share knowledge with others, in the team and beyond, in a meaningful way. - Excellent visual design skills with experience working on complex systems, including multiple modules, advanced features, and intricate data structures. - The ability to document your design decisions and work with engineers and product managers to drive your projects forward, challenge limitations, adjust schedules, find alternatives, and advocate for your solutions. - Experience generating new opportunities and ideas to improve our processes, products, and culture. - Hands-on experience coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team. - Fluent in both French and English. Being able to run user interviews in French is a must.
