We are seeking a Product Designer with strong B2B product design experience to help elevate and maintain an excellent user experience for our accountants and businesses. If you like solving real user problems in a highly collaborative environment and possess a genuine curiosity for understanding user behaviour, then you’ll find yourself surrounded by likeminded individuals at Pennylane. For this role, we are looking for individuals with: - The ability to understand problems and empathise with users through user research and data analysis, and to turn the result into actionable insights. - Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand technical constraints, align on project goals, and iterate on design solutions. - Great communication skills and the ability to share knowledge with others, in the team and beyond, in a meaningful way. - Excellent visual design skills with experience working on complex systems, including multiple modules, advanced features, and intricate data structures. - The ability to document your design decisions and work with engineers and product managers to drive your projects forward, challenge limitations, adjust schedules, find alternatives, and advocate for your solutions. - Experience generating new opportunities and ideas to improve our processes, products, and culture. - Hands-on experience coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team. - Fluent in both French and English. Being able to run user interviews in French is a must.
