Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a responsible customer service representative for Voikkaan kuntosali. Voikkaan Kuntosali opens to the public on 21 January 2025. The recruitment aims to be fast. The recruitment is a continuation of a spring recruitment that was left incomplete due to scheduling. Voikkaan Kuntosali seeks a motivated and proactive employee for a versatile role that combines customer service, sales, contract management, and care for the gym's general cleanliness and operation. In your work you will be a vital part of the gym’s daily life and customer experience. You will ensure the gym is comfortable, clean and attractive for current and new customers. You will also actively participate in new customer acquisition and in building corporate customer relationships in the area. Duties include general gym maintenance and cleaning, customer service and welcoming new customers, drafting and managing customer contracts, member sales and developing customer relationships, business-to-business sales and creating partnership agreements with local companies, and actively marketing gym services and memberships.
