We are looking for new and reliable Kultapalat family day caregivers to join Savonlinna. Our caring team opens their homes to children who form their first bonds outside their own family. Safe and quality early childhood care is every child’s right, and we want to enable that with your help! Kultapalat family day caregivers work in groups with a maximum of four children. A small group size allows many different activities during the day, which you will largely decide yourself. We provide the framework for activities, but you retain freedom in how you work. In addition to freedom at work, the monthly income is about €3000 when you have four children and seven weeks of vacation per year. The work is performed as a franchising entrepreneur within the Kultapalat network. Do not be scared by the word entrepreneur, as we have prepared everything for you. You don’t need to know anything about business yet, as long as you approach early childhood education with passion and get along well with our adults too. Together you will build a higher income level, gain freedom to plan your work days, and give little treasures lifelong lessons and memories. We expect: Daycare experience; suitable education or willingness to study alongside work (vocational education in education, practical nurse, social worker, early childhood education teacher); a safe and clean home; blemish-free criminal record and good credit; willingness to innovate in early childhood education; good interpersonal skills; cooking skills.
