If you nod, you may be the Consultant – Business Central Supply Chain Management we are looking for to strengthen our Business Central project delivery team. In this position, you play a central role in the project delivery process from the sales phase to the end of the project. As an expert in Business Central's Supply Chain Management (SCM) features, you focus particularly on the development of supply chain and warehouse management and related processes. Your daily work includes: - sales support in requests for proposals and workload estimation - participation in the design of service solutions - analysis of customers' business needs - definition and design of SCM solutions - configuration of the Business Central system - implementation of user training. Your profile: As an experienced consultant, you know how to map customers' business needs and tailor suitable solutions. You identify important details and at the same time see the big picture and ensure that it meets the needs of the customer's various stakeholders. You identify potential risks and bring them up in a solution-oriented manner and in good time. High-quality workmanship and an efficient approach describe your work. In addition, you communicate clearly with different stakeholders and solve problems with a positive attitude. You have strong experience with Business Central, for example through a system consultant or other expert role. You are particularly familiar with supply chain and operational business processes and understand how system solutions can support business efficiency and growth. Requirements for success in the position: - excellent knowledge of Microsoft D365 Business Central system SCM features - strong understanding of business warehouse management, production and/or purchasing and sales processes - previous experience in system implementation and/or development projects - ability to map and understand individual business needs and build corresponding solutions - suitable educational background, for example from information systems science, economics or business administration - fluent Finnish and good English language skills.
