We are now seeking a Service Supervisor for the Vaasa area. Role and expectations: as a cleaning service supervisor you will act as the supervisor of cleaning work. You will assist an immediate supervisor by organizing and guiding various cleaning tasks, planning shifts, monitoring quality, and developing cooperation with the customer. You will also participate actively in cleaning work. You are service-minded and quick and confident in your working style. You organize and solve problems even in busy times. Previous experience in supervising work and cleaning is advantageous. Training is considered beneficial and there is an opportunity to train while working. A safety card is an asset; we can train it if needed. You communicate fluently in Finnish; your English should be at least satisfactory, other languages are a plus. A valid car driving license (B) and mobility across areas are required; having a personal car is an advantage. We offer a motivated and cooperative team that values everyone's contribution.
