We are seeking healthcare assistants for on-call, part-time work in Kirkkonummi, with potential future assignments in other parts of the LUV region. The role involves supporting clients who are dependent on home care, elderly or chronically ill and disabled adults, contributing to the clients’ daily life at home, and promoting independence according to individual needs. The job is generally performed in the clients’ homes and surrounding environments. We offer on-call, flexible hours with shifts typically lasting 2–4 hours per client, most often Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00. You may choose when to work and ideally commit to at least one client for several months. Employment is primarily in clients’ homes.
