We are seeking individuals with a strong drive to develop that are inspired by sales to represent our partners in customer acquisition. We are expanding our team for the autumn, as some summer interns move on to new opportunities. We offer quality training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. The role of a customer acquisition specialist is built to be meaningful and clear, with opportunities to advance to supervisory sales roles as you grow. As a customer acquisition specialist you will focus on newly acquired and existing customers of selected partner companies. You will be the voice of the brands you represent in outbound acquisition campaigns and you will consider past customers with tailored campaign benefits. Customer databases are targeted, so you will always know who to call and why. In this role you play a significant part in growing the business of well-known companies. Your targets will rise with your learning. The most important thing is to have a good attitude and perseverance, with enthusiasm to develop and take on responsibilities. We value customer-service/sales background. Proficiency with basic computer use is assumed, and you must have fluent Finnish and be able to learn quickly. Our workdays are typically weekdays from 8:45 to 16:00, including a 30-minute lunch break and three coffee breaks. Our office is located in the downtown area with good transport links. A guaranteed salary provides security; with commissions and bonuses you can expect after the first month your salary to be around 2,000 €/month and with development 3,000–4,000 €/month. We also regularly have contests including international trips, bonuses and gift cards. We review earnings weekly with team leaders who are close by.
