Technical Building Custodian

We are currently seeking a skilled technical building caretaker for Alltime Oy in a full-time, permanent position in Rovaniemi. As the building caretaker at Alltime your daily duties will include maintenance work on the exteriors and interiors of properties, repair and service tasks, and ensuring smooth service to customers. Working hours are generally between 07:00 and 15:00 on weekdays, with the possibility of on-call shifts as familiarisation with sites and tasks progresses. Job sites are visited with Alltime company vehicles, so a valid B driver's license is required for performing duties. We expect applicants to have a proactive customer-service attitude, the ability to work independently and responsibly, and to possess basic, professional, or specialized qualifications in property maintenance. Prior experience as a building caretaker is valued, and familiarity with building technical systems (mechanical, electrical) is advantageous. We offer a pleasant team and an independent role, plus high-quality tools and equipment. The pay follows Kipa TES PR7 (15.92 €/h) according to your education and experience, with potential salary supplements for training or personal increments.
