The Partner Strategy Lead will be the connective tissue across a broad, global partner portfolio including NVIDIA, Channel, ISV / Tech Ecosystem, Partner Field Sales, and System Integrators. You will see the whole board across regions and segments, keep priority initiatives moving, and turn parallel programs into a coherent motion. You’ll be a trusted right hand to partner leadership, acting as a proxy to carry forward decisions they’ve framed. You’ll work with partner marketing, enablement, and operations teams across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. You’re welcome to work remotely from the United States. What you’ll own includes orchestrating the portfolio, surfacing dependencies, driving cross-functional execution, turning data into decisions, building narratives, and running the operating rhythm with OKRs, QBRs, and reviews. You’ll own special projects and help scale the partner organization by hiring and onboarding. You’ll protect time and focus and use AI tools daily to move faster, including building AI agents and automations. What you’ll bring emphasizes judgment and trajectory over specific titles, with several years in strategy, programs, operations, consulting, or BizOps. Must-haves include ability to piece together multiple workstreams, cross-functional influence, strong business judgment, data-driven mindset, and excellent writing. Nice-to-haves include familiarity with AI/cloud ecosystem and experience with partner programs. Compensation includes a base range of $158,800 - $198,400 USD monthly? and OTE $270k-$337k with additional benefits.
