We are looking for a QUALITY ENGINEER to work on an industrial investment project in the Hämeenlinna area. The project will start as soon as a suitable candidate is found and is expected to last about 9 months. Your duties will include: quality control of mechanical installations, piping work, and welding; inspecting installation and quality documentation; monitoring workmanship and compliance with plans on site; participating in inspections and audits; tracking quality deficiencies and deviations; collaborating with contractors and the project organization; documenting and reporting quality matters. We expect you to have previous experience in quality control tasks on industrial projects; experience with mechanical installations, piping, and/or welding quality control; ability to read technical drawings and documentation; good collaboration and reporting skills; MS Office proficiency; welding and inspection-related certifications are an advantage. We arrange accommodation at the work site if needed. You may operate directly with our offices or through your own company as a sub-consultant.
