We are seeking an experienced shear operator with strong Amada shear machine skills to work independently in production. Duties include: operating CNC shear machine (Amada), programming directly from the machine, selecting and using correct tools, reading and interpreting drawings, visualising the final output prior to manufacture. The parts produced are often single pieces or small batches, requiring flexibility, precision, and strong problem-solving ability. Expectations include experience with Amada shear machines, capability to program from the machine, good tool knowledge, ability to read technical drawings, and an independent, responsible work attitude. English or Finnish proficiency is required.
