Physician

A physician is needed for ward work at the Eura ward, providing patient care in a department that treats the basic level of ward patients in the Eura region. The ward is staffed by nurses, practical nurses, and physicians, with physiotherapists and a ward secretary. The daily routine includes rounds in the morning, admissions, consultations, and follow-up notes for new and departing patients. Responsibility includes checking day results and performing necessary procedures. It is recommended that patients are rotated through rooms three times per week, with paper rotation on other days. Some physicians prefer daily rounds. Working hours are flexible with an average daily total of 7 hours 39 minutes and about 38 hours 15 minutes per week. Early shifts 7–9, late shifts 15–18. PremiTime is used for time tracking. A shortened workday is possible, but the preference is to shorten daily hours. A 4-day workweek requires special arrangements but is not impossible. A small portion of work can be done remotely by agreement. Distances to Turku (~90 km), Tampere (~100 km), and Pori (~50 km). Please contact us to hear more about this location.
